Alberta Health Link facing overwhelming volume of calls

Alberta Health Services has issued a notice on Twitter regarding the very high surplus of calls that they are receiving in regards to individuals seeking advice about Covid-19.
AHS has said they are training additional clinical staff to meet the increase in demand, while also asking for people to consider visiting the Alberta website to get more information.
Alberta residents are being asked to not call Health Link if they are awaiting test results, following self-isolation procedures in the meantime. AHS stated that they will contact people in regards to Covid-19 results, with positive results receiving superiority.
