MEDICINE HAT – A case has been adjourned for an employer charged under the Occupational Health and Safety Act in the death of a worker at CF Industries in 2015.

Aluma Systems Inc. was scheduled to enter a plea in provincial court Friday, but the matter has been put off until March 9.

The company is facing five charges in relation to the workers death. In December of 2015, two people were working on an ammonia tank when a piece of equipment struck a valve releasing the concentrated gas.
