Case adjourned one month for Medicine Hat man convicted of manslaughter
MEDICINE HAT, AB — A man awaiting sentencing on a manslaughter conviction had his case adjourned another month.
Aaron Anand-Ford appeared briefly Friday morning in Medicine Hat Court of Queen’s Bench, where a date for sentencing was supposed to be set.
However, the court was told a risk assessment report which was ordered, had not yet been completed, further delaying a sentencing date.
Anand-Ford was found guilty of one charge of manslaughter following a judge and jury trial which lasted nearly two weeks in February 2019.
