Mr. Siegfried ‘Sid’ Tarnasky, beloved husband of Violet, passed away at River Ridge Senior’s Village in Medicine Hat on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the age of 78 years. Along with Vi, left to cherish Sid’s passing are his son, James ‘Jim’ Tarnasky; grandchildren, Landon (Megara), Breann; brother, Fred (Jeanette); Vi’s siblings, Harry and Darleen as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Sid was predeceased by his parents, John and Berta Tarnasky as well as half-siblings, Bill and Elsie. A Graveside Service will be held at Hillside Cemetery on Monday, October 25, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to gather at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat between 1:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. The procession will depart for the cemetery shortly thereafter.
