It is with heavy hearts that the family of Shirley Eileen Blum, announce her passing at Masterpiece Southlands Meadows on Sunday, July 26, 2020, at the age of 86 years. Shirley’s memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of her children, David Blum, Darla Holmstrom and her children, Chelsey (Bob), (great-grandchildren, Rylee, Zoey, Lucas) and Trenton (Kendra), Michelle (Mark) Freeman and their children, Zack and Sydney and Marvelle Blum (Dale); twin brother, Bill Kovitch; sister, Dorothy Roberts as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Blum; son, Arden Blum; grandson, Morgan Freeman; brother, Hilbert Kovitch as well as her sister, Phyllis Harms. Shirley’s life will be celebrated with a private family time of remembrance.
