Frank Teel

1931 ~ 2021

Francis ‘Frank’ Robert Teel passed away in Medicine Hat on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at the age of 90 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Joyce (nee Hanschar) and three sons: Robert (Dorothy) of Calgary, Timothy (Sonya) and Randy (Kathy) of Medicine Hat; six grandchildren, Phillip (Monica), Mark (Kayla) all of Calgary, Matthew of Edmonton, James, Ryan and Carly of Medicine Hat and one great-grandson, Jordy of Calgary. He is also survived by his sister, Irene (Gerald) Nichols of Medicine Hat as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Frank was predeceased by his mother, Francis Alice (nee Ferguson) Teel, at his birth in 1931; father, Joseph Clarence Teel in 1974; step-mother, Wanda in 2001 as well as his sister Patricia (Howard) Gould. Frank was an avid hunter and fisherman as well as an expert gardener and tree grafter. He worked as a machinist and millwright and was a lifetime member of Mizpah Lodge 35. Frank was loved and cherished by his family. A private family graveside service will be held a later date.
