Alicia Doud says she will be an advocate for children as society navigates what she says will be an unpredictable next few years.

She is running for a seat on the board of trustees of the Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education.

Having her own children in Medicine Hat Catholic schools, Doud says she sees the needs of the division first-hand, an important quality for a trustee, she says.

Doud adds her accounting background will help oversee financial transparency, capital projects/spending, and budgeting.
