AMAC swimmers have strong showing in Lethbridge

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Three swimmers from the Alberta Marlin Aquatic Club had a successful weekend at the Southern Alberta Festival Provincials this past weekend

Rowynn Biffart, 10, finished in third place in the 100 metre breast stroke at the swim meet in Lethbridge. In addition to the podium finish, Biffart finished sixth place in the 50m butterfly, seventh in the 100 metre freestyle and eighth in the 50m backstroke.

Diesel Grettum, 11, finished in the top 10 four times in his events. He finished in seventh place in the 100m breaststroke, eighth in the 50m backstroke and 10th place in the 50m butterfly and the 100m freestyle.

Morgan Hobson, 10, finished in the top 20 in her 50m butterfly event. She also finished in 21st place in the 100m freestyle, 23rd place in the 100m breaststroke, and 36th in the 50m backstroke.
