I am not offended by the wording real women.  I am average size and fit.  All should have a fabulous selection of apparel to select from for all shapes and heights without going out of town to find it.  This includes men as well.

Do either of the two main news sources report on court proceedings? Medicine Hat has a going trial related to murder and extortion. Nothing new for almost two months? Or sloppy reporting?

The aroma of roasting coffee beans is amazing.

Some use Cannabis for other reasons and they are not “pot heads”.  I have known many people using it for pain management.  The prescribed pharmaceutical medications sometimes do more harm than good.  The doctors give one med for this but causes this, so gives another for this and on and on.  I am happy there are alternative options.

I am sure they have their reasons, but it would be interesting to know who among the Canada Post personnel want to strike. Makes it tough on small businesses especially. Do they not understand that they are forcing themselves out of existence?  Businesses are switching over to digital transactions more all the time and every strike makes them better at finding alternatives. Or is that the plan?

So happy to have great land fitness classes in town at a reasonable price per month.  Great fitness instructors who encourage and challenge. Great facility.

Love love Love the new ladies clothing store on third downtown. Reasonable priced, unique styles with lots of sizes.  A great find.
