UPDATE: Power restored in Redcliff

REDCLIFF, AB — Members of the City of Medicine Hat’s electrical utility crews are currently dealing with a power outage in Redcliff.

According to communications staff with the city, crews are currently repairing a pole in the Third Street Northeast area of the town due to the outage. The city says 43 customers, both residential and business, are impacted by the outage.

Crews are estimating the outage will take between two and four hours to repair, and the operation is also dependent on both weather and safety.

The city will be providing updates on the outage as they become available.

UPDATE: Shortly after 1 p.m., crews officially restored power to the customers in Redcliff.
