Medicine Hat woman killed in B.C. crash last week

MEDICINE HAT, AB — A Medicine Hat woman was killed following a motorcycle collision in British Columbia last week.

Colleen Sheardown, 53, died following a collision near Nakusp, British Columbia while travelling with a group of motorcycles.

According to Global News, a woman lost control of her bike and was thrown into the path of another motorcycle. The second motorcyclist crashed and had to be airlifted to hospital.

Sheardown is being remembered by friends and family as someone with a vibrant personality who lived her life to the fullest.

RCMP continue to investigate the crash.
