Maple Creek man dies following weekend rollover

MAPLE CREEK, SASK. — A 23-year-old man from Maple Creek is dead following a motor vehicle rollover over the weekend.
At 8:17 a.m. on Sunday, Maple Creek RCMP, along with the fire department and EMS, responded to a single vehicle rollover roughly 4 kilometres north of Maple Creek on the Old Highway 1. When crews arrive, the driver was found deceased. He was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
RCMP will not be releasing the man’s name.
The collision is still under investigation, with help from a collision reconstruction officer and the Coroner’s office.
