Sun Devils look to end three-game slide against Rockyview

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat Sun Devils will look to stop the bleeding on Saturday night, kicking off a two-game home stand against the Rockyview Rage.

The Sun Devils are in the midst of a three-game slide after losing both of their games on the road last weekend.

The boys in black and yellow were trounced 15-3 at the hands of the Red Deer Renegades last Saturday, before allowing another 16 goals on Sunday in a 16-9 loss versus the Sylvan Lake Yetti.

Sitting third in the Tier II South Central Conference with a 2-4 record, the Sun Devils haven’t won a game since a 16-5 victory over the Olds Stingers on April 21.

Despite this, sniper Aidan McLean still leads his division with 25 points and sits third in the entire South Conference.

Medicine Hat hosts the 1-3 Rage at the Kinplex at 6:30 pm on Saturday, before welcoming the 3-2 Calgary Axemen to town Sunday at 3:30 pm.
