Literacy Heroes celebrate reading with students

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Students at George Davison School celebrated reading with a few literacy heroes on Monday.
Community members were invited to read to students, including CHAT TV’s Ashley Wiebe.
Mayor Ted Clugston and a few favourites from the Medicine Hat Tigers also stopped by.
The event was to show students how reading and writing is all around us and how it’s incorporated into different careers.
