Police Point Park holding annual Easter event this weekend

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Police Point Park is gearing up for an annual Easter tradition.

Starting on Good Friday, the Interpretive Centre will host its annual Bunnies and Chicks easter family gathering.

The event will feature rabbits and chicks for people to see and pet, and families can also take part in decorating eggs the traditional Ukrainian way. Eggs are available for purchase one hour before closing time each day.

The event runs Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. For more information, call 403-529-6225.

The Kinsmen Club of Medicine Hat helps sponsor the event.
