Medicine Hat’s Biffart wins bronze at 2026 Bell Canadian Swimming Trials

Medicine Hat’s Rowynn Biffart had a medal-winning performance at the 2026 Bell Canadian Swimming Trials in Montreal late last week.
On Thursday, she brought home a bronze medal in the junior category of the 200-metre individual medley.
The Alberta Marlin Aquatic Club swimmer had a time of 2 minutes 18.43 seconds. A time that also placed her seventh in the senior category.
The 2008-born Biffart competed in several categories at the national event, with 14 races. She competed in the A Finals, B Finals, and Junior Finals in two events each. She set three personal best times.
