City of Medicine Hat clarifies start time for appeal hearing on proposed southeast residential development

The City of Medicine Hat is clarifying the start time of a Subdivision and Development Appeal Board hearing set to review an appeal tied to a proposed 40-unit residential development in the city’s southeast.

The hearing will take place at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at City Hall in Council Chambers.

Board members will consider an appeal related to Development Permit Application PLDP20260032, submitted by Newrock Developments for a proposed multi-unit residential project at 352 Primrose Drive SE, in a Medium Density Residential zoning district.

Documents related to the appeal are available for public review at the City Clerk’s Department on the third floor of City Hall during regular business hours.
