The Medicine Hat Tigers (31-7-3-2) conclude a three-game homestand tonight against their divisional rival, the Calgary Hitmen (22-11-6-1).

Tonight marks the sixth of eight meetings between the Central Division foes.

Medicine Hat holds a 4-1-0-0 record thus far through the season series, with the last two games having gone to overtime and a shootout.

The Tabbies enter following their first loss in nearly two months after seeing their 19-game winning streak snapped at the hands of the Prince Albert Raiders on Saturday night.

Meanwhile, the Hitmen enter on the heels of a pair of B.C. Division losses having dropped contests in Kelowna, 5-2, and in Penticton, 4-3 in overtime.

The Tigers will see reinforcements enter back into the lineup tonight with forwards Yaroslav Bryzgalov and Ethan Neutens both returning from suspensions.

Medicine Hat blueliner and recent Arizona State University commit, Jonas Woo, rides an 18-game point streak into the matchup with 12 goals and 37 points over that span.

Meanwhile, Tiger twin forwards Markus and Liam Ruck have combined for five goals and nine points over their last two games and will look to continue their success tonight against the Hitmen.

Through five games against Calgary, the Ruck’s lead all Tigers in scoring.

Markus leads all skaters with three goals and nine points, while Liam has two goals for six points over the five games against Calgary.

Puck drop from inside Co-op Place is slated for 7:00 p.m. MST.
