Two Medicine Hat residents charged after breaking into a construction site compound

The Medicine Hat Police Service responded to a 50-year-old woman and a 51-year-old woman who police say were observed climbing a fence to enter a construction site compound.

The two individuals are residents of Medicine Hat and have been charged with break and enter to commit theft.

According to the Medicine Hat Police Service, the suspects were located and arrested inside the compound with possession of tools identified as stolen from the site on Oct. 25 at 4:30 a.m.

The first appearance of the Medicine Hat Court of Justice is scheduled for Nov. 25, 2025.
