Christmas Eve break in at Helium plant in Newell County

A Christmas Eve break in took place at Royal Helium Production in Newell County.

Brooks RCMP received a report of a large theft on Dec. 24 where a large hole was cut into the building and several large and expensive pieces of equipment where removed.

The unique items have limited value outside of their intended use according to the release.

Police are looking to recover an Extrel Mass Spectrometer Analyzer, Binary Gas Analyzer, Hydrogen and Moisture Analyzers, PSA Compressor Package, Instrument Air Skid, 4 or 5 Toshiba VFD.
