Here’s when Medicine Hat’s outdoor pools and spray parks open for 2024

Several Medicine Hat outdoor pools are opening for the summer season in the coming weeks.

Hill Pool opens May 15, Echo Dale Swim Lake opens May 25 and Strathcona Pool opens June 1.

The outdoor pools are opening as the Kinsmen Aquatic Park at Big Marble Go Centre closes on May 15 for a $2.8 million upgrade. It will reopen Sept. 15, the city says.
