MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat Women’s Shelter Society is launching a campaign to renovate its facility, endeavouring to give the clients it serves a soft space to land.
Over the years, they’ve unfortunately realized they need more space for those clients and the 25-year-old building simply needs some upgrades
Women’s shelter executive director Natasha Carvalho joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to discuss the needs at the shelter, the capital campaign launched for that and plans to raise the necessary money.
