MEDICINE HAT, AB – The City of Medicine Hat is accepting nominations for the 2023 Community Spirit Awards in October.

Kelli Ireland, corporate communications specialist with the city, says the awards are to recognize the “incredible” and “remarkable” individuals that have contributed to the quality of life in Medicine Hat.

Ireland joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to talk about the three main awards categories and awards within them, what qualifies someone to be nominated and how to nominate a deserving community member.
