Medicine Hat woman shocked to win $100,000 playing the EXTRA

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Kimberley Paley from Medicine Hat is $100,000 richer.

Paley won the cash prize from the EXTRA she added to her ticket for the Jan. 31 Western MAX Draw.

Paley purchased the ticket from the South Country Co-op Northlands Food Centre on Jan. 29. She discovered her win a few days later when she picked up her phone and scanned her ticket using the Lotto Spot app.

Paley says she couldn’t believe her eyes and was in complete shock. She scanned her ticket four times using the app just to make sure.

Paley says she plans to put some of her winnings towards debt.
