MEDICINE HAT, AB – A well-travelled route between Kin Coulee Park and Kingsway Avenue is once again open to the public.
The Kipling and Spencer Street corridor between College Avenue and Kingsway Avenue as well as the Third Avenue SE hill have been closed since May 25 for road construction.
Crews completed the final portion of the city’s road rehabilitation, top-lift paving, landscaping and trail installation project.
The city says people will notice a change in the lane configuration on Kipling Street between College Avenue and Third Avenue. A designated left-turn lane has been installed to reduce the traffic congestion in both the eastbound and westbound directions.
