MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede is postponing its Farmers’ Market Christmas set for this weekend.
In a release, coordinator Doreen Gunderson says that with the COVID-19 numbers rising in the city and not knowing what the numbers could be at on the weekend, the decision was made on Tuesday to postpone.
“Our concern is keeping everyone safe, our customers, our vendors and our staff. Keep your fingers crossed for December 5-6….we are!” says Gunderson.
Organizers are hopeful COVID-19 cases in Medicine Hat will be lower in early December.
