All students, staff in isolation after COVID-19 case connected to Prairie Mennonite Alternative School
A positive case of COVID-19 has been connected to Prairie Mennonite Alternative School in Medicine Hat.
Prairie Rose School Division says it received confirmation of the case on Sunday.
“Due to the circumstances regarding this case, all students of Prairie Mennonite School are considered a close contact to the positive person. Therefore, a decision has been made to transition all classes at Prairie Mennonite Alternative School to learning from home for the complete isolation period. This means there will be no in-person school until November 20, 2020. A total of 100 students and 11 staff have provided isolation notices,” reads a post on the division website.
