Rattlers volleyball prepping for provincials, futsal returns to ‘Snake Pit’
MEDICINE HAT, AB – The clock is ticking down to the opening serve of ACAC Women’s Volleyball Championships, a clock the Medicine Hat College Rattlers are watching with anticipation.
It’s hard to believe that just two and a half weeks remain until Alberta’s best ACAC clubs open up games at the ‘Snake Pit’ to decide a provincial champion.
Senior outside hitter Amber Stigter is nearing the end of her collegiate career, but not before competing in the biggest tournament of her life.
“It’s exciting because it’s going to be our last games on the home court,” said Stigter. “It can’t really get any better than that.”
