RCMP investigating reports of a fight club in Grande Prairie

GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB – Grande Prairie RCMP have been in contact with local school districts, informing them of the possible involvement of students in a reported ‘fight club’ that is allegedly happening in the city.
EverythingGP has obtained a copy of a letter sent this week by RCMP to the local districts, stating they are investigating reports of a fight club taking place in the evening hours in parking lots across the city.
The letter also asks parents to have a conversation with their children about the dangers of such activities.
There are reports that several students have been injured as a result of these fights, and the letter cautions that students involved in or watching these reported fights could face charges.
