Report released into June plane crash near Irvine
MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Transportation Safety Board of Canada found a pilot of a small plane that crashed near Irvine in June was flying with an expired pilot permit, according to an occurrence report on the crash released Tuesday.
The Transportation Safety board released a report into the crash, which occurred on June 1, 2019, near Irvine. The pilot and two passengers were killed in the crash.
The plane left the Medicine Hat Regional Airport on the night of June 1, and was heading to Moose Jaw.
