We live in a day and age where finding time for ourselves is getting harder and harder. Between work, school, family and trying to squeeze in a social life, the stress of every day takes over and sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. Welcome Yoga.

Their Yoga Foundations class allows for supported practice, or try the Ashtanga Basics class which focuses on the foundations of yoga poses, including breath and flow.

There is Gentle Response yoga, focusing on healing and rejuvenating the body and mind by moving at a slower pace, but yoga isn’t all slow flowing movements at Yoga You4ia. Try HIIT Yoga Fusion for an added challenge. This class blends the benefits of high-intensity interval training with yoga postures to improve cardiovascular fitness and strength.
