Dr. Ken Sauer School hopes Jersey Day will help build community among students
MEDICINE HAT, AB — In Medicine Hat, and across the country, many people are wearing jerseys in support of those killed and injured following the Humboldt Broncos bus collision last Friday.
Jersey Day was organized by a group of hockey mothers in British Columbia, and sees Canadians of all ages wearing sports jerseys to show support and solidarity for the team.
Dr. Ken Sauer School in Medicine Hat was among those involved in the event, with students and staff wearing jerseys from every sport to school.
