Fog advisory in southeast Alberta and southwest Saskatchewan on Monday morning

Environment Canada issued a fog advisory for much of the Prairies on Monday morning.

The weather provider said dense fog is being observed across parts of Alberta, including near Medicine Hat, with low visibility expected to continue through the morning.

The fog is expected to lift in most areas, but it could persist into the afternoon near the Saskatchewan border.

The advisory extends into southwest Saskatchewan.
