Brooks man charged after break-in at Medicine Hat storage facility

A 26-year-old Brooks man is facing charges following a break and enter at a commercial storage facility in southwest Medicine Hat.

Medicine Hat police say officers were called to the 800 block of Gershaw Drive Southwest at about 8:37 p.m. on Oct. 29 after receiving a report of a suspicious person inside a storage building.

Officers found that an exterior door had been damaged to gain entry. After several verbal announcements by police, the man exited the building and was taken into custody without incident.

Faud Adam has been charged with break and enter to commit mischief, disguising with intent and failing to comply with a justice’s order.
