Medicine Hat council to consider Riverside Corridor, Heron Crossing and 2027-28 budget
Medicine Hat City Council will consider several infrastructure projects, a tax refund request and the city’s upcoming budget at its meeting on Monday, Sept. 21.
The Riverside Corridor Enhancement Project is among the key items on the agenda, with administration recommending council approve a design that maintains the existing road width, adds curb extensions at seven critical locations and does not include a multi-use trail.
The recommendation follows consideration of design options for the corridor, with council being asked to direct administration to proceed with the preferred option.
Council will also revisit the Heron Crossing project as part of its unfinished business.
