Feb 27, 2026 | 9:54 PM

Bryce Pickford is inevitable.

The Tiger captain netted his 36th goal of the season 2:33 into overtime to lift Medicine Hat to the 3-2 victory and their fifth straight win.

The Tabbies never led in the game until the final buzzer.

Josh Van Mulligen forced overtime with 3:03 left in the third period after pretty passes from Liam and Markus Ruck freed up the 20-year-old defenseman to net his fourth of the season.

Noah Davidson netted the lone other Tiger tally late on a power play for his 25th of the season to tie the game at 1-1.

Julian Maze and Andrei Molgachev recorded the lone Hitmen goals.

The 3-2 final marks the fourth straight meeting between the Central division foes to have been decided by one goal. All have gone the Tigers way.

Carter Casey turned aside 18 of 20 Calgary shots while picking up an assist on the game-winner for the Tigers.

Eric Tu turned aside 29 of 32 shots faced in the loss for Calgary.

The home-and-home shifts to Co-op Place tomorrow night, where the Tigers and Hitmen will conclude their eight-game regular season series.
