Medicine Hat Police Service advise the public of scam messages

The Medicine Hat Police Service are advising the public of multiple complaints from residents regarding scam messages.

According to the police, individuals received a message advising them that they have an outstanding parking ticket with a link to an Alberta Municipal Payment Portal.

Police are advising the public to acknowledge and delete the scam messages upon receipt.
