Medicine Hat Tigers welcome Calgary Hitmen for front half of back-to-back

Nov 22, 2025 | 1:39 PM

The Medicine Hat Tigers take on the Calgary Hitmen for the second of three meetings this week tonight inside the friendly confines of Co-op Place.

The two clubs squared off in Calgary on Wednesday, where the Tigers emerged victorious with a dominant 6-2 victory.

Calgary was off last night while the Tigers were in Red Deer, taking on the Rebels in a 4-3 shootout defeat.

Tigers skaters Kadon McCann and Bryce Pickford ride identical three-game point streaks into tonight’s tilt against Calgary, each totalling six points with three goals and three assists over that span.

With last night’s shootout defeat to Red Deer, Medicine Hat is now tied for the league lead in games that have gone to overtime with seven.

Despite the loss, the Tigers ride a four-game point streak into tonight and have recorded points in ten of their last 12 games.

The game gets underway at 7:00 p.m. inside Co-op Place.

The pre-game show begins at 6:30 on WILD 94.5 FM.
