The Medicine Hat Tigers kick off their busiest stretch of the regular season tonight inside the Scotiabank Saddledome against the Calgary Hitmen.

The matchup is the first of three between the two clubs this week and starts off a four-game in five-night stretch for the Tigers.

The Tigers and Hitmen are 1-1-0-0 against one another this season, with the Hitmen winning the last meeting, 4-2, back on October 10th.

Medicine Hat will get second-year defenseman and 2024 third-round draft pick of the Utah Mammoth Veeti Vaisanen back after a two-game absence.

Vaisanen has one goal and eight assists through 18 games this season.

Despite just four wins in their last ten games, Medicine Hat enters with points in eight of their last ten and four of their last five.

Calgary enters the matchup in second place in the Central Division with wins in two of its last five.

Puck drop from the Scotiabank Saddledome is slated for 7:00 p.m. MST with the pre-game show getting underway at 6:45 on WILD 94.5 FM.
