Cypress County returns to a fire advisory

Recent precipitation has allowed Cypress County to change from a fire ban to a fire advisory as of Tuesday morning.
The restriction means no fireworks, but burn barrels, recreational campfires and barbecues are still allowed.
Fire pits must be less than 36 inches in diameter, 10 feet from anything combustible and have water readily available.
Internal household fireplaces, propane or natural gas-fueled appliances, wood pellet smokers, incinerators, burning barrels and chimeneas are still allowed.
