The Medicine Hat Tigers will look to take their third consecutive 2-0 series lead tonight in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

Medicine Hat is coming off a 5-2 Game 1 victory last night which saw five different Tigers find the back of the net in the win.

That includes Gavin McKenna, who tied Alexander Radulov for the longest CHL point streak since the turn of the century with a goal and an assist on the night.

The Tigers have now won their last seven games, dating back to Game 4 of the first round against the Swift Current Broncos.

Medicine Hat remains undefeated on home ice and is the only WHL team not to have lost a game at home this postseason.

The Tiger powerplay was held off the scoresheet in Game 1, going 0/5 on the night.

It was the Cats’ first game without a special-teams goal since Game 5 against Swift Current.

Puck drop for Game 2 is slated for 7 p.m.
