There will be free corn on the cob with the purchase of a hamburger or hot dog, organizers say.

The event runs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 6.

☀️ Dunmore Days

The annual Dunmore Days festival will take over Sunrise Park on Saturday.

It features a free pancake breakfast, a kids craft centre, a beer garden, car show and many other activities.

The festivities kick off at 9 a.m. and end by 8 p.m.

🏎 Fan appreciation

It’s fan appreciation night at the Medicine Hat Speedway on Saturday.

Gates open at 4 p.m. and green flag racing starts at 6 p.m.

🌳 Police Point Park

Police Point Park is a busy place this weekend.

Chalk Art in the Park runs from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Nature Centre on Saturday.

The Medicine Hat Interpretive Centre is also hosting an invasive plant pull event Sunday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

🎉 Towne Square block party

The City of Medicine Hat’s Towne Square block parties continue this weekend.

Saturday’s edition of the block party will celebrate music.

The event runs from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. downtown.
