HALO Air Ambulance finds missing woman, Lethbridge police say

HALO Air Ambulance assisted in locating a missing woman Tuesday night.

A 40-year-old woman was reported missing by Lethbridge Police.

She was found after an aerial search along the South Saskatchewan River, police said in a statement.

Police said no further information would be released.

The HALO-1 helicopter, based at Medicine Hat Regional Airport, was dispatched to assist with the search and rescue incident earlier on Tuesday, according to a post on X by the air ambulance organization.
