First Southern Alberta Summer Games since 2019 wraps up in Coaldale

The Southern Alberta Summer Games wrapped up this weekend in Coaldale.

The first time the event has been held since 2019.

The City of Lethbridge lead the way in the medal count bringing home 320 total medals, with 146 gold.

The Municipal District of Taber was second with 136 medals, 62 being gold.

The City of Medicine Hat had the third best medal count with 82 total, 38 gold, 23 silver and 21 bronze.

Cypress County brought home 24 medals, 11 gold, nine silver and four bronze.
