Street sweepers hitting Medicine Hat roads on Monday
Medicine Hat’s annual spring street-sweeping program will get underway Monday.
The initiative aims to remove sanding materials and debris that have accumulated on roads, sidewalks and boulevards over the winter months.
Residents should watch for “No Parking” signs, which will be placed at street corners a minimum of 12 hours before sweeping begins.
All privately owned items within the roadway, such as driveway curb ramps, must be removed from city streets.
