Redcliff RCMP charge woman with Legion fraud, will appear next in court May 8

Redcliff RCMP has charged a Medicine Hat woman with fraud after thousands of dollars were stolen from the Redcliff Legion.

Police had received a complaint of a substantial fraud and theft that had occurred at the Legion on March 31, 2022.

An investigation revealed that $60,000 was stolen between March 2020 and March 2022.

Kristine Huff made her first appearance in court this week facing two charges of theft and fraud over $5,000.
