Playground upgrades coming to Tower Estates, Muir and Hill Pool parks

Upgrades to three Medicine Hat parks have begun, the city said Friday.

The upgrades at Tower Estates, Muir and Hill Pool parks are expected to be completed by the end of July.

Access to the construction sites will not be permitted to the public until the final landscaping has been completed, according to a city news release.

Existing adjacent trails and roads will not be impacted by the installations.

The city asked that residents comply with signage and the perimeter fence that is in place to ensure a safe working zone.
