LISTEN HERE: Wild 94.5 from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Jesse and Lance will be doing their morning show from a hotel in Red Deer on Wednesday and Thursday.

“It’s a really nice opportunity as well to see the Western Hockey League for a different perspective, and getting to go down to Red Deer and see what they do,” Lance said.

“Obviously we’ve had our tours through some different rinks. It’s obviously nice to see the Western Hockey League continuing to get bigger and better and people start to come back out to support their teams,” he added.

“Nice to see it from a different vantage point. It’s going to be fun.”

Jesse said it was something the considered doing last year.

“This was something we kind of toyed with last year. We are like you know what if the Tigers make the playoffs, maybe we should follow them,” Jesse said.

“Maybe we should go hang out, support the orange and black. Then we found out it was Winnipeg. We were happy to be in the playoffs like everyone was, but it was Winnipeg. That’s a little too far for us,” he added.

“When the opportunity came to that we knew the Tigers were going to make the playoffs first round this year. We are on board. We wanted to be a part of that.”

“It’s a great opportunity and you can follow along with us actually across our social medias on Facebook, on Twitter, Instagram, Wild 94.5 is where you can find us. And hopefully you enjoy the next couple days for Jesse and I’s perspective,” said Doll.

Game 3 of the series kicks off Tuesday evening, with the fourth game for set for Wednesday before the series returns to Medicine Hat for Game 5.

All games start at 7 p.m.
