Mar 21, 2024 | 6:51 AM

Snowfall warnings now blanket all of southern Alberta, as a spring storm moves into it’s second day.

Medicine Hat recorded 7.4 cm of snow at the airport as of midnight.

Snowfall from Banff to the Cypress Hills has been reported between 10 and 20 cm.

The heaviest snow will taper off in the Calgary area by this afternoon, while regions closer to the American border will see the heaviest snow begin this morning and continue through the night.

Areas along the southern foothills are likely to see the highest snowfall totals with amounts as high as 30 cm.

Most highways are reported as snow covered and slippery with fair to good visibility .
