Creating a menu and offering it to customers is a daunting task that many Hatters have accepted as they open their establishments in our city.

We profiling some of the many small businesses and taste creators in a new segment called Taste of the Town.

For our first feature we visit the Medicine Hat Brewing Company. A business that has been serving up craft beer and delicious cuisine since 2016.
